David brings 30 years of experience driving growth and sustainability across PLCs, SMEs, and consultancy. He has held roles including Managing Director, Strategy, Technical, and Engineering Director, as well as positions in Operations and Project Delivery

Susan Thompson-Sturmayr

Susan is our newest Partner, with responsible for leading consultancy and implementation projects.
Susan has decades of experience leading strategy, technology and implementation projects. She also has a PhD and is a brilliant analyst.
She has worked for leading FMCG companies, including Britvic PLC, PepsiCo and Beiersdorf
Lee Chambers

Lee is a transformational business leader and renewable energy executive with over 20 years’ experience in solar PV, BESS, and sustainable infrastructure
Lee combines deep industry expertise with pragmatic leadership to deliver complex Net Zero projects.

John Le Huquet

John Co-founded Breathe Partner, is a Director and leads EV Charging Operations for clients.
John has decades of experience in large corporates leading teams and technology.
He has had snr roles in leadership, IT, Technology, finance, legal and facilities management. Working for Goldman Sachs, CBRE, BDB Pitmans and Lloyds
